Free InfoPath 2010 Leave Form
One of the most common forms across many SharePoint platforms is the Leave Form, so continuing on from the Metro Form Template I released last week I have put it to use to show you how easily it can be used to implement a real world form in InfoPath 2010.
The form has two views; the first is for the user to complete personal details:
The second view is to provide details about the leave:
I have also added a couple of sections to clearly indicate if the form is approved or not approved:
Depending on how you decide to do your approval, you will have to figure out some formatting rules to show and hide these sections.
